At Jigerz, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact, or if you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Items that are used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or exchange. Customized or sale items, and requests made after 14 days, are also excluded from this policy.

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at info@jigerz.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 303 8452267 with your order number and the issue. Our support team will confirm the eligibility and guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out the replacement (if available), or issue a store credit voucher equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges). Please note, we do not offer cash refunds at this time.
